This is a letter to say thank you  Melissa McNair for helping us to make our 2009 Teammate Appreciation Banquet a success.  She helped us plan every detail and all of the guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was, and how much fun they had and how wonderful the food was.  Melissa was very professional in all of her dealings with us and really listened to our wants and wishes and didn't try and steer us in any direction other than the one that we wanted.

I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a wonderfully planned event.

I just wanted to follow up on our evening last night and thank you for your efforts to make our event a successful one.   Melissa, your staff were  excellent and apparently well trained.  It was seamless. Your help and suggestions regarding tablecloths, centerpieces, etc., certainly added to the ambience.   Our students were delighted with the presentation of the meal and the quality of the food.  It was delicious.  Our compliments to your chef!  Thank you again, for everything.

I wanted to thank you for all your help with our wedding.  The day turned out to be fantastic and seemed to run very smoothly.  All the information you gave us before hand truly helped us to get organized (well helped me at least J).  I heard so many people compliment the food that you guys served that night.  It tasted amazing (but it always tastes great)!  Also, we were very pleased with the staff that accompanied you that night. They were all very sweet and helpful!  You will have to be sure to express our gratitude to your chef and make sure your boss knows what a great asset you are to the company.  

I just wanted to make sure that you knew how grateful we were for your service.  I greatly appreciate it!  I look forward to working with you again in the near future.
